Welding services

Our welding methods: TIG, MAG and MMA

We offer TIG, MAG and MMA welding, ensuring the highest quality and precision in the processing of aluminum, low-alloy and high-alloy steels.

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding
  • Description: TIG welding, also known as GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), involves the use of a non-fusible tungsten electrode that generates an electric arc. The process uses shielding gas (usually argon), which protects the welded area from air contamination.
  • Advantages: Allows precision welding of thin materials, offers a high level of control over the weld, ideal for stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.
MAG (Metal Active Gas) welding
  • Description: MAG welding is an arc welding method using a fusible wire electrode and shielding gas (usually CO2 or a mixture of gases). It is part of the broader category of MIG/MAG (Metal Inert Gas/Metal Active Gas) welding.
  • Advantages: Effective for welding structural steels, it allows large areas to be welded quickly.
MMA welding (Manual Metal Arc)
  • Description: MMA welding, also known as SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) or colloquially as “Shielded Electrode Welding,” involves the use of a fusible electrode coated with a lagging material that forms a shielding gas and slag to protect the weld during welding.
  • Advantages: versatile and portable, works well in harsh environments (such as outdoors), suitable for welding thick materials and repairs. Types of metal welding

Types of metal welding

1. Welding of aluminum

Aluminum, valued for its lightness, strength and low cost, is widely used in industry, metallurgy and the manufacture of automotive, aircraft and household appliance parts. Its corrosion resistance and recyclability make it an extremely attractive material. Our offer includes TIG welding of aluminum, which allows precise welding of materials from less than one millimeter to 10 mm thick. We ensure high quality welds, which is confirmed by our supervisory authorizations for welding.

Types of metal welding

2. Welding of low-alloy metals

Low-alloy steel is a structural material with excellent strength and resistance to weather conditions and loads. Used in the construction of bridges, railroad cars, masts and automobiles, it surpasses carbon steel in its properties. Although production costs are higher, the advantages of low alloy steel definitely compensate for this.

Types of metal welding

3. Welding of high-alloy metals

Extremely strong and resistant to high temperatures (up to 600°C), high alloyed steel is ideal for the manufacture of power equipment components, such as turbine blades. It is divided into stainless steel, with more than 12% chromium content, and tool steel. Our services include welding of high alloy steels using various methods, ensuring the highest quality and durability of products.
